Dear mommy,

Thank you for being the beautiful, smart, independent and strong woman that you are. You are a wonderful mother and a great teacher and a soon to be but for me you are already a preacher.
You’ve been through some hard times but Through everything your faith grew, you staid true and close to God. That’s one of the reasons why I admire you are a woman of fire and you have always inspired me.
Eventhough, sometimes things didn’t go well, you always showed.. up you never stopped being there for me.
We laughed and we cried, sometimes we kept our anger inside and that was the right thing to do cause you know how we get when we get angry.

Thank you for those long conversations, that have become inspirations, your strong words of power at every hour of the day. You were never impatient and always ready to help me.
You always say: Chanty lees je bijbel, Chanty bid elke dag. And of course I was…not always listening.. But after hearing it 10 times, I don’t think i’ll ever forget.
I’m gonna miss you so much but I know your gonna do great things, because that’s what faith brings. You will bring light, no you will be the light wherever you are. You will make a change and you will be the change wherever you are. You will do great things, that will bring blessings to many.
For now, we will part our ways and You’ll be far away, but yet you won’t be that far because you’ll be right here in my heart.
